I've looked in http://www.pulseaudio.org/browser/trunk/src/daemon/main.c and the error seems to come from line 450. The daemon complains that it's run as a system-wide instance but it's not root. Which is weird since the daemon was already started (at boot time), and this is triggered every time a program runs. I don't understand why is the daemon run at every program start.
