I looked around and I don't see where I can choose where the icons are shown. 
If I could really choose, I would choose they should be displayed on the left 
side of monitor 1, just like it is done in Unity.
It would seem rather annoying if I had to switch monitors as well when I switch 
to Hebrew as the main language. It wouldn't be a big problem since you need to 
do it very infrequently. On the other hand trying to remember how the devil I 
switch monitors would also be a problem for something I do very infrequently. 
(Just my 2 cents on the problem.)
