Oh, and as for not being reproducible by the user - I have reproduced
the error MANY, MANY times over the last week. You really need to work
on your skills for assigning importance to defects - if you simply sweep
defect reports away it should be no wonder Ubantu does not work! When I
finally asked for assistance on the forums ("Installation") the only
response I got was from another disgruntled ex-user who'd had the
experience as I did.
