No - a kernel bug is a kernel bug.  it may be related to the way Ubantu
works with hardware, but it is STILL a defect in the kernel.  I have
reported the issue to you.  If you choose not to do anything about it
then that's fine by me, as I will not be using this product - it's
broken.  It will not. however, not be fine for others who waste a week
of their time trying to get a broken product to work.  I understand that
Ubantu is a collaborative effort by many volunteers, but that still does
NOT mean the product be marked stable when clearly it is not.
