and one more (very important) thing I forgot to mention: Now, people are getting seemingly sporadic behavior. When they turn on their computer and their usb audio device is plugged in, all audio will go to it. When they turn on their computer and their usb audio device isn't plugged in, all audio will go to their regular sound card. This kind of problem is insurmountable to the average Joe.
