I did more testing - the slow boot up only happens if ethernet is connected. As noted befoer, killing wireless with "ifconfig down ra0" restores normal speed. At that point ethernet seem to be connected but doesn't work. I have attached the output of "ifcong", "route" and a ping attempt to this report.
