The bug occurred also to me when I upgraded from feisty to gutsy. There is a bug report for openoffice.org-core (#114199) for the same issue, but I think this is the most appropriated because the bug is to be attributed to libhunspell. In that bug report there is also a workaround, that simply consist in disabling the module hunspell-spellchecker in ooffice (menu tools->options->linguistic.
