Hmm... Then I'm at a loss here. As I had commented sometime ago in this bug report, I still suspect gcj is involved in this problem; in my system (this is an IA32 box if that matters) the wizard locks up on load if I install the openoffice.org-gcj package and dependencies while runs to the point where the form wizard is ready to generate the actual from but the finish button fails.
