It will be a little while before I get into work this morning, but I
went ahead and remotely removed banshee. Prior to doing that I ran
aptitude search banshee to see if there were any packages that I hadn't
installed or packages that might be different from the norm. I found
what looked to be one extra one called "banshee-official-plugins". Sadly
I didn't check the package information before I removed :-(

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> aptitude search banshee
iB banshee - Audio Management and Playback application
i banshee-daap - Audio Management and Playback application
i banshee-official-plugins - Audio Management and Playback application

Once I removed all these packages I again ran aptitude search banshee
and found that only the first two packages were available. I won't know
for awhile if this makes a difference or not, however I will let you
know as soon as possible.

Thanks!
