Public bug reported: I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with in-built SD card slot. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit (Kernel: 2.6.35.25).
Problem: SD card is not being detected automatically on logging in to the Ubuntu after hibernation. Explanation: SD card detects itself automatically whenever I Start/Restart ubuntu, or come back from Standby state. But, it don't even show up in the 'Places' Menu on logging into the ubuntu after waking up from Hibernation mode. I don't know if its a Kernel bug or something. SD card is always in my slot, so it should detect every time the Ubuntu gets active (either from Hibernation, Standby or Restart). ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: sd-card -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/727252 Title: SD card is not being detected automatically on logging in to the Ubuntu after hibernation. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
