Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gwibber

When running Gwibber on the classic Natty desktop, with GNOME Panel and
Metacity, instead of Unity and Compiz, the menu does not show up.
You have to explicitily run 'UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=false gwibber' in order to launch
the application with its menu visible.
