the extra margin which look like a bug on the classic edition though since there is no launcher or anything over this space, what issue do we try to solve exactly? icons don't go under the launcher space by default or when auto aligning the icons, they will only do for users who decide to go in manual layout and put something there, it doesn't seem worth adding hacks over hacks just to prevent those users to use the space under the launcher?
