Mark,

Unfortunately I am busy hacking away at the kubuntu-docs and can't take the
lead on this.  I was thinking more along the fact that within ubuntu-docs
configuring Unity, etc would be covered by the documentation, book, etc.
 Why would this require acceptance of the contribution agreement?  Would
every editor/contributer to ubuntu-docs then have to be covered by the
contribution agreement?
