hi fabio, I doubt that this is a ffmpeg bug......the original DV (that i use for PiTiVi input) plays perfectly on ffplay the output-file of PiTiVi (the one I uploaded) plays distorted on every player alike also, conversion with ffmpeg from DV to DV works perfectly.
