This is still broken for me in Maverick. I have to start cairo-dock with the disable opengl -c argument in order to have it stay open. It crashes immediately on startup with no sign of failure, except that the dock never unhides itself. When I start cairo-dock manually with opengl (without -c) I am first put into maintenance, but when I close maintenance mode, it crashes. Here's relevant terminal output.

I upgraded my system to the Maverick beta last night, and at first all was well with opengl mode, but after apt-get upgrading the system it broke.
