Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

This happened during an upgrade from Ubuntu 8.04 to 10.04, plugins in
Firefox don't work, Rhythmbox won't launch I have tried to fix with the
'broken' button but always get an error that flashplugin-installer
should be reinstalled before attempting removal but mark for reinstall
option is not available. Dependencies libnspr4-dev and libnss3-dev are
not installed
