No, from Ubuntu Software Center I could not Install it too after uninstalling manually virtualbox-3.1 :(
In Software Center, when I clicked "Insarll" button for virtualbox-3.2, I had an error message about unauthorized VirtualBox Repository ( in Launchpad and other webistes where error reports about this issue ) download, I clicked "OK" in that dialog, and thats it - Download and Isntalla was aborted. ( ?????????????? ). Then, only way to Install it was form Sybaptics, but interesting, that even if I had just uninstalled virtualbox-3.1 from Ubuntu Software Center, virtualbox-3.2 in Synpatics was iconed as Upgrade ... wtf?
