Hi, I run an updated feisty on the iMac G5 rev C. Before update, i got nothing for iwlist scan. After update, i dpkg-reconfigure bcm43xx-fwcutter, then unload/reload bcm43xx and try iwlist scan. This time, it lists about 20 spots. However, only the MAC address was teached, all other was dumb. e.g. ESSID was always : off/any/hidden.
I rebooted and iwlist scan now segfault. If i re unload/reload, i get the long unusable list. Tell me what debugging message i can send you.
