yes.
i think now these are just layot names that can be named not only by country, 
but any way, i thought they are by country when i reported this bug, may be 
that was designed to be by country but some arabic countries all use one arabic 
layot and signed that for all of them as "Ara".
also i have tried to add Switzerland French and German, they are signed as 
"Che" and "Che2" - may be, i do not know, also uncomfortable sign, and so 
indeed most of layots are signed by country.
