that my issue for this problem : For me it's ok with option nosmp to the kernel . I'have, hp dv9000ea laptop , with broadcom 4310 , my graphic card is nvidia 7600 . I use nvidia proprietary drivers and ndiswrapper for the wifi . But the performance are reduced.....
