Problem, with default Ubuntu Kernel 2.6.17-10 , suspend and hibernate didn't work. I read on some post that the AHCI driver have some problem to be restore after a suspend on kernel < 2.6.19 So I fix the problem by updating my kernel to 2.6.20...
