Anyone who has this problem, do not yet reinstall CUPS. Before you do
so, please attach your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf to this bug report, edit
cupsd.conf setting "LogLevel debug" and then start CUPS again ("sudo
/etc/init.d/cups start"). After that attach your file
/var/log/cups/error_log.
