I just little more testing with the latest rdesktop package for Jaunty.

The root issue I was talking about with the -K option not working still
remains. The non-asci keys not working only applies to -y option and
might not be a bug (I really don't know what -y does internally).

To reproduce:

launch rdesktop with -K or tsclient with Enable window Manager's Key Bindings"
checked in Performance tab. I also had fullscreen but doesn't work either way.
Type inside the remote session, like typing your password at the login screen.
use the ctrl+alt+arrow keys to switch desktops

This is working correctly in Hardy or when you downgrade to
1.6.0-0ubuntu2 version of rdesktop...so it is a regression.
