ddfarren, could you please try with ubuntu 9.04? the acx module is not included in the 2.6.24 kernel: http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy-updates/i386/linux-image-2.6.24-24-generic/filelist but it is in the 2.6.28: http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/linux-image-2.6.28-11-generic/filelist
