I would humbly submit that this bug priority should be raised to High, if not Critical.
a) One of the bugs that was merged into this one had a priority of high. b) Medium status is not preferred, see https://dev.launchpad.net/BugTriage c) Most importantly, this bug keeps a large number of users from completing crucial tasks (ie, using their system). That actually seems a potential description of "critical", but since there's no data loss, and it may not be universal, and there may be workarounds, I can see that being bumped down to High.
