Unless you can reproduce a bug with gnucash, these messages are normal and it is perfectly expected that these messages appears in the terminal. If you use gnucash in the way that it has been installed, you will click on gnucash in the menu and you won't see these messages that are designed to give useful informations when debugging usplash in case a bug can be reproduced.
