Ian, I cannot see any model number or name on the router; I attach a picture of it for info (back-to-front because it was taken on a Mac iSight camera!). The only words on the front are "Belkin ADSL Modem with High-Speed Mode Wireless-G Router".
Nor can I see what firmware version it is running when I log into the router. Under "Version Info" it says: Runtime code version: F5D7633-4Av1_UK_1.00.000 Boot Code version: 1.0.37-5.15 Hardware Version: V1.0J3 ADSL Modem Code Version: A2pB015c6 Serial Num: 168-168-16888 Does that help?
