I got my Canon MP520 working with a Gutenprinter driver, works very well. However, I can't my scanner working I tried about 6 methods I found on Internet. If you have the 32 bits (i386 version Ubuntu) you can get the printer and the scanner working with the Canon drivers for Linux (to be found on their website). The scanner will also work with Xsane (or Gimp?) I would like some help with the scanner part for 64 bit Hardy. -- Canon Pixma MP520 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/298031 You received this bug notification because you are a direct subscriber of the bug.
