Just posting a question Ed had emailed me: "Is there any chance that a good working recipe can be posted with the bug showing how to rebuild the -server kernel with the two missing options enabled? Or perhaps the package "linux-server-bigiron" can be re-enabled for Intrepid so folks with the latest high-thread count CPU systems can take advantage of their hardware?"
