I also tried to reproduce this but i could not. This happened to me once, but i believe sw was updated after that. There was some update at mid july when icons were updated and this shell rotate was released. Maybe it does not happen any more with newest sw. Maybe you ban close this issue. However, there is also posibility that something else happened. Also, if you have phone locked and you get a call, you get ability to answer it. However, when you have combination - low battery with message displayed, and in the same time you get a call - there is only battery indicator widget, and you will not be able to answer call even if you discard battery indicator widget. I guess only one indicator can be displayed at the time, and in this case it is only battery indicator, so answering phone is not possible. I am using Aquarius E4.5 with official current ubuntu release.
