For sake of completeness/correctness... the snap-decision notification triggered by telephony-service does not use more than two actions... accept and reject. Thus it does not make use of the additional ComboButton-feature of the notification-system.
What Olga is refering to, are the synthetic notification-system tests and examples used to exercise all the different use-cases the notification-system is currently designed to support. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to telephony-service in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1384730 Title: [notifications] remove combo button from incoming call snap Status in Ubuntu UX bugs: Fix Committed Status in Server and client library for desktop notifications in Unity: New Status in “telephony-service” package in Ubuntu: New Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Build r123 The current incoming snap decision has a combo button for additional options, allowing users to reply with a quick message if they are busy/can not take the call. This combo button has two hit areas which caused a lot of confusion with users. One part DECLINES the call the other expands for additional options. Please remove combo button and replace with a toggle button with only one hit area. Hitting that button will reveal an expansion with additional options to users for a quick reply. Remove the CUSTOM option in the quick reply menu.
