Title:
  [module-loopback] pulseaudio crashed with SIGSEGV in
  source_output_may_move_to_cb()

Bug description:
  After the last update I lost all sound too, basically because only
  digital output is supported. Before the update I had a choice of 1
  digital output and I think 4 different analogue modes. All analogue
  choices disappeard.  I only have the cables for analog output.
