Hi Dylan - Sorry to hear about your lock screen issue but thanks for the bug report.
I am doubtful that any of the changes that I included in the apparmor update would have affected the lock screen. Additionally, I have the apparmor update installed and I can still lock my screen with CTRL- ALT-L. Lets see if rule out AppArmor. Do you have any messages in /var/log/syslog that contain apparmor="DENIED"? ** Changed in: apparmor (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to apparmor in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1618537 Title: Apparmor update breaks Ctrl-ALt-L Status in apparmor package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: After updating apparmor in 16.04 LTS, Ctrl-Alt-L no longer switches to the lock screen. Switching profiles does work however. When using Ctrl-ALt-L the screen flickers and remains logged in without any screen locking whatsoever.
