unity dashboard doesn't reveal anymore if autohide is enabled (ubuntu

Bug description:
If I enable autohide dash panel and reveal it going to left border ,
the dash once hided doesn't reveal anymore even if I place mouse
pointer to left border, the only way to show it again is using
keyboard shortcuts or restore default behaviour using right menu- >
system settings -> look and feel
