Title: [dialer-app] replace "Keypad" in header by network provider name Status in Dialer app for Ubuntu Touch: New Status in Ubuntu UX bugs: Fix Committed Status in “dialer-app” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Currently on the keypad view the header displays "Keypad". The header should say the network provider name. On a dual SIM device it should display the network provider name of the chosen SIM.
