In my whole life for the first time I am seeing REALLY A MERITORIOUS AWARDEES WHO REALLY DESERVED THESE AWARDS. PRANAMS TO ALL WHEN I WAS COMING BACK TO INDIA IN NOV 2024 IN MY FLIGHT AS NEIBOR I MET TIRUVARUR BHAKTA VATSALAM RETURNING BACK AFTER FEW KUTCHEIS IN USA. THROUGHOUT WE WERE TALKING FOR QUITE LONG CASUALLY I TOLD HIM HE DESERVES THE PADMA AWARD WHICH HE BRUSHED ASIDE WITH A SHY. TO DAY HE IS IN THE LIST.
