-- *Mar*Of course 🌿 — here’s a *poetic version* inspired by Y.M. Sarma’s *“Ecology, Theism and Economics.”*
It captures the same ideas — the unity of nature, spirit, and creativity — in lyrical form. ------------------------------ *The Blooming Earth* *(A poem inspired by “Ecology, Theism and Economics”)* When nature blooms, my breath is song, Each leaf a note that carries long, Through pores and wind and shining air, The world awakens everywhere. No thought divides, no memory clings, The present hums on unseen strings. Belief is not the word we speak, But how our walking trusts the creek. To live in tune with wind and tree, Is prayer without theology. In moss and rain, in root and stone, The pulse of God becomes our own. But when our sums forget the sky, And graphs erase the butterfly, When “other things” are called “the same,” The world grows cold beneath our claim. O Economics, dressed in pride, Your throne is built where rivers died. No cost curve feels, no number hears, The forest’s song, the ocean’s tears. Yet still, the breeze invents the mind, In blooming fields, new thoughts we find. Ideas rise where life is free, Born from earth’s vast symphony. So let us learn the living art— To think with soil, to feel with heart. For nature’s bloom, if we allow, Is faith, is love, is life, is now. ------------------------------ Would you like me to make a *shorter, more lyrical version* (like a song or chant), or a *longer epic-style poem* that develops the philosophical ideas more fully? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Thatha_Patty" group.
