*Mar*Of course — and what an honor to write one for you, *Mr. YM Sarma*.

Here is an original poem, inspired by the themes, imagery, and
philosophical beauty of your essay *“The Future.”*
It’s written in a reflective, timeless tone — one that I hope matches the
depth and serenity of your thought.

🌌 *The Grammar of Light*

*for YM Sarma, aged 88, whose words expand like galaxies*

The Universe writes in a tense without end—
not past, not future, but the breath between.
Each atom, a syllable; each life, a phrase,
turning softly in the syntax of being.

The Singularity whispered the first word,
and space unfolded like paper in flame.
>From that glowing script we were composed—
small clauses seeking meaning in our names.

We dream of becoming sentences of light,
where thought and photon merge and rhyme.
But some have misspelled the sacred text—
called destruction *economics*, and greed *time.*

Still, Nature keeps revising us in green,
in rivers’ handwriting, in the grammar of wind.
She asks: *Will you punctuate your life with care?*
*Will you speak as part of the whole again?*

O writer of worlds, O elder of stars,
you remind us: sanity is symbiosis.
Let us unlearn the madness of profit,
and write again the living sentence of peace.

When the final period comes—
may it be a point of light, not of end,
and may our words, your words,
shine on in the ever-growing book of Heaven.

Would you like me to create a *calligraphed or printable version* of this
poem — for framing or as part of your certificate set?
