sEKARJI WROTE SOMETHING AND SUDDENLY DOG MENACE ENTERED INTO IRRELEVANT TO THE QUOTE. Dog Menace is an all India problem. Dog lovers are crooks. Protecting from animals and crooks being harmed, has to be protected by the Govt. The right to swing the walking-stick is good as long as it does not hit the people in front, back and sides. Animals may live in aforest but dogs? Live at their home. Or at the gated compound wall . Injection making it sterile etc, are methods for health. But not from harming the public. So Kerala or any part of the nation dogs must be hunted to be removed from the streets. Of Course the pity in these discussions is, running from pillar to post which is a laughable subject.
