Thank you Mr Sekar. In Kerala two wheelers are also affected. The dog runs
behind at very high speed , hit the two wheeler and the moment he falls, the
dog bites him in any parts. I watch TV news of Kerala channels every day.
You have quoted one Tamil saying and two English sayings. All are  very
relevant. Last saying is however 100% not  agreeable to me. I try my best to
avoid Mr. Rajaram. If I avoid, his adverse comments increases more with
abusing. I think he is an exemption among humans.
You may be coming across recent interactions between him and me which is posted
to groups also.
He wrote my ITS is BOGUS. How much time it takes for me to write your IRS is
also bogus. But my culture does not permit me to pen so.
" Thanakku vandal than therium vali". Others can advice to ignore him. But pain
is not felt by them, but me.
Thank youGopalakrishnan

Thanks Sri G K.
Many / Most of the so called dog lovers live in gated communities (or similar),
travel in two or four wheelers and hence don't have to bother much about the
street dog menace. It is the ordinary folks who walk on the streets who face
the problem.  The saying goes " Only the wearer of the shoe knows where it
pinches" aptly describes the situation.  Nothing prevents the street dog lovers
to adopt them and keep them at their houses but they won't do that but preach
and preach and only preach. Some others join the chorus because it is
fashionable - like the sickular crowd who have to criticize Hinduism so they
will be seen by the ignoramus as being       "  Intellectual" or "
Progressives" or some such nonsense.
It is always easy to preach to others. There is a Tamizh saying " Thanakku
vandal than therium vali",  meaning pain and suffering have to be experienced
and can't be understood fully from reading and witnessing.
Incidentally, the quote is more in the context of facing unwanted, unjustified
criticisms - if we know we are not at fault, then the best thing is to walk
away, preserving our peace of mind.
There is a famous quote "Wisdom is the knowledge to ignore what is to be
ignored".
One can certainly learn from different viewpoints - that's why meetings are
necessary - to look at an issue / problem from different perspectives and to
take an optimal decision.

Excellent quote- But there could be one or two preventing a person and
defending that thing. This we can see about street dog menace in Kerala. While
the municipalities in Kerala put all efforts to catch, prevent reproduction,
feed and give shelter, one or two goes against it, asking  for dog's freedom. I
mentioned Kerala because many are affected with rabies like disease.
