Had you asked these questions with any brilliant NRI, you would have had an
answer by this time. Only 20% civil servants glorify their service title;
rest, assume ii as a power and foolishness to remain in needed chair
,influencing politicians, retire and get more posts; sasi is one among them
and never was he ever a brilliant chap .contributing to the nation; even
now when he has lift up from BJP , he jumped fence. THAT IS NAMED AS CIVIL
SERVANTS' SYNDROME (CSS).
Dr Aparajithan, a five phd holding a high research position in uSA ,in the
1970s as a brilliant youngman, foolishly thought that he shall serve the
nation; so resigned and returned back, in spite of the pressures from his
boss to apply for leave and go. Today had he been there he would be late
80s in age. He came to Delhi and met the top director of national
research inst whose qualification was not even 10% of Dr Aparajithan. He
asked the director his attention a lab and fund for particular research;
AND BEHOLD, PAT CAME THE FOOLISH DIRECTOR'S RED TAPISM REPLY; THAT CANNOT
BE DONE AS HE COULD ONLY BE ABSORBED AS A JUNIOR RESEARCH ASST THAT TOO
BECAUSE OF HIS QUALIFICATION AND HAD TO RISE IN FILE AND RANKS.
Fed up he returned back to the USA where his old boss who kept pending his
resignation readmitted him back; late he was absorbed in australia in a
higher position; where he settled in 100 acre land building wealth and
happy family. I lost touch. He is athimber of my classmate. SO HOW GOI WILL
REACT IS WELL KNOWN. My son a chip master and director in AVANTE A TOP
JAPANESE USA CO, once WANTED TO SHIFT TI iNDIA AT bANGALORE IN A TOP
INDIAN PRIVATE (PUB LTD) company where he was told to enter a mid level and
do 5 year probation before getting hispost; as a joke, the same co
marketing division was in touch with my son later for a contract to be
fulfilled which he refused. Today he lives in an acre bungalow owning 7
homes all around the USA as an American passport holder. DMK drove him away
and India was unprepared to receive him; whose loss is this? BJP is in no
way better than cong. Power corrupts absolutely. See the fate of annamalai
against the corrupt nainar. K Rajaram IRS 23725
