May be kept outside which you did not collect or some one collected
did not deliver. Or delivered to a nearby address. So open up your order
and see the right spot. one is your remarks on delivery and comments to the
seller. There you write that you did not receive. write your comment for
bad service. ask for a refund. Now machinery will move . You may also start
a chat quoting the order number as not recorded. Amazon does not cheat.
Once the delivery boy left it on my security table the parcel and security
did not bring it to me; when I complained i recd this way of service. Then
I wrote my delivery instruction that all must only be delivered at my
doorstep. Now people climb up the staircase or catch lifts. KR IRS 4625
