I ordered Shoes from Amazon and the delivery date is 03/06/2025.The item has not been delivered.But in my email I received the message that it is delivered. When I try to contact I am being led into diverse sentences or assumed complaints but the simple sentence that the Item is not delivered is missing. Repeatedly I have been trying but I am confronting the tape recorded responses not suited to the case.These is no person to converse and tell. What am I to do? YM Sarma
