Q1 CAN HUMANS SURVIVE FOR 7 DAYS WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER?

KR This is again repeated one. I wrote already many details. Now the
only one thing. The longest recorded fasting period is attributed to Angus
Barbieri, a Scottish man who fasted for 382 days from June 1961 to July
1962. During this time, he consumed only water, tea, coffee, and vitamin
supplements under medical supervision. Barbieri started the fast to lose
weight, and by the end, he lost a significant amount—over 276 pounds (about
125 kg). His case is often cited in medical literature, but it's important
to note that such extreme fasting is not safe and should not be attempted
without professional supervision. Most fasting recommendations are much
shorter and typically include the consumption of some nutrients.

Q3 WHAT IS THE SMELL OR ODOR THAT SOME FAT PEOPLE HAVE?

KR: People often hold stereotypes or assumptions about individuals
based on their body size, which can influence social interactions and
perceptions. For example, some may associate larger body sizes with poor
hygiene or body odor, even though this isn't universally true. It's
essential to recognize that factors like personal hygiene, diet, and
medical conditions can affect body odor, regardless of a person's size.
Conversations about body weight and odor can also be sensitive, as they can
perpetuate stigma and affect people's self-esteem. Promoting body
positivity and understanding is important in creating a more inclusive
society.

Yes, every person has a natural body odor, which is influenced
by various factors, including:

Genetics: Genetic makeup plays a significant role in determining a person's
unique scent.

Diet: What you eat can affect body odor. Foods like garlic, onions, and
spices can lead to more pronounced smells.

Hygiene: Personal hygiene practices, such as bathing and using deodorants,
can influence how noticeable body odor is.

Hormones: Hormonal changes, such as those during puberty, menstruation, or
pregnancy, can alter body odor.

Health: Certain medical conditions can produce distinctive odors, such as
diabetes or liver disease.

Sweat Glands: The type of sweat glands (eccrine vs. apocrine) and their
activity also contribute to body odor. Apocrine glands, found in areas like
the armpits, tend to produce odor when sweat interacts with bacteria on the
skin.

Everyone has a unique scent profile, and while some may be more noticeable
than others, it's a normal part of being human!

Hence other than these there is no hard and fast rules about Fat lean etc.

Q5 HOW MANY BONES ARE IN THE HUMAN BODY AND WHICH CONTAIN IN OUR BONE?

KR: An adult human typically has 206 bones. However, infants are
born with around 270 bones. As they grow, some of these bones fuse
together, resulting in the 206 bones commonly found in adulthood. The exact
number can vary slightly from person to person due to variations like extra
bones (accessory bones) or fused bones. K RAJARAM IRS 23924

Q1 CAN HUMANS SURVIVE FOR 7 DAYS WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER?

A1 Ted, Former Combat Engineer at U.S. Marine Corps (1997–2001)Sep 13

Almost everyone can do 7 days without food. If not then you are dangerously
underweight. The longest without food was over a year. Plenty of water and
vitamins though.

They say that 3 days without water is deadly. However Claude
Piantadosi of North
Carolina's Duke University says 100 hours (just over 4 days) is around
actual average human limit.

The world record for the longest survival time without water and food is 18
days, achieved by an 18-year-old man in Austria who was accidentally locked
in a government facility in 1979.

Seven days. Water is a problem past 3 or 4 days but people have lived to 18
days without water.

It can be done. However I would expect that most people would die, of
dehydration, before 7 days roll around. You might could get to 7 days if
you did absolutely nothing and slept as much as possible and to breathe as
little as possible. You would want to stay as cool as possible to not sweat
and you would want the humidity to be as high as possible so your body did
not transpire and exhale so much moisture.

IN a cool, humid environment with little to no activity and much rest and
sleep and quiet reflection perhaps. You could get past 3 days and closer to
7 but it would be highly uncomfortable and deadly for many participants.

I would surmise that 100 hours is the peak of the bell curve for people
succumbing to dehydration.

We can assume that 432 hours (18 days is the end of that bell curve). 168
hours is 7 days.

Very roughly ONLY 15.8 (that 16th person will appreciate if you round up to
them) of 100 random participants will be alive at the 7 day mark with no
water. That is in ideal scenarios akin to the guy locked indoors who did
make it 18 days.I am sure a real life statistician or mathematician can get
more accurate than that but that is as good as I can reckon on the fly.

A2 AT WHAT STAGE DOES THE SOUL ENTER AND LEAVE OUR BODY?

Thomas R Marlier, STB and STL from Pontifical Gregorian University
(Graduated 1965) Wed

The answer is simply: “We don’t know.” And the reason is we do not and
cannot know what the “soul” is.

We do know that the “soul” is what distinguishes us from other beings in
that it allows us to have a “self image” and to intellectually understand
things.

But since the “soul” is spiritual and we have no way to understand it,
except by analogy, through our senses, all we can “know” (almost all by
faith) is that the “soul” is what makes us human.

For those of us who believe in eternal life, what we are left with is that
after death, the “soul/person” continues - without a body for a time - as a
“spirit” without a location. In other word, it (he/she) is like God -
everywhere.

Q3 WHAT IS THE SMELL OR ODOR THAT SOME FAT PEOPLE HAVE?

A3 Cecil Jordan, Sep 4

This is often caused by sweat trapped in skin folds developing bacteria or
fungus.

I'm heavy myself, have been since I was a teen, but have now lost a
significant amount of weight and am left with overlapping lose skin. It
took a surgical type anti-bacterial wash in order to stop my smell. No
matter how much I showered as a teen, I still got told by my family I
stink. (They were awful about it, but I didn't know what else to do back
then! I couldn't get rid of it!)

Since I found it worked for me, I use hibilens. Finding out it worked also
showed me that my issue was a bacterial one. It doesn't lather at all, but
I use it alongside a charcoal body wash about every other day in the shower
on my worst offending zones. (Charcoal is also an odor neutralizer!) No
more fat person smell issues once I started using this combo. But if
course, ymmv.

My note- Whether fat or normal, all persons have peculiar body smell. Body
odour can be more with fat people.

Are There Really Harmful Vegetables?

As we all know, vegetables are essential for a healthy and balanced diet.
They provide us with vitamins, minerals, and fibre that are crucial for
maintaining good health. However, every now and then, we come across
articles or claims stating that certain vegetables can be harmful to our
health. This can be quite confusing and concerning, especially for those
who are health-conscious. So, the question arises, are there really harmful
vegetables?

The short answer is no. Vegetables, by nature, are not harmful. They are,
in fact, quite the opposite. However, like any other food, there are some
vegetables that should be consumed in moderation. These vegetables are not
necessarily harmful, but their excessive consumption can lead to health
issues.

One of the most commonly mentioned harmful vegetables is the potato. Yes,
you read it right, the humble potato. Potatoes are often criticized for
their high carbohydrate content, which can lead to weight gain and blood
sugar spikes.

However, this does not mean that potatoes are bad for you. In fact, they
are a rich source of many essential vitamins and minerals, including
vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin B6. The key to consuming potatos in a
healthy way is to be mindful of portion size and preparation. Instead of
fried or loaded with butter and cheese, opt for baked or boiled potatoes
with a sprinkle of herbs and a little bit of olive oil.

Next on the list is the tomato. This may come as a surprise to many people,
as tomatoes are considered a super food due to their rich antioxidant
content. However, tomatoes contain a compound called solanine, which can
cause digestive issues and joint pain in some individuals.

This compound is found in the leaves and stems of the tomato plant, so it
is important to remove them before consuming the tomato.

It is also worth noting that this compound is only present in unripe
tomatoes, so make sure to choose ripe ones for consumption.

Another vegetable that has gained a bad reputation over the years is corn.

Corn is often criticized for its high sugar and carbohydrate content.
However, the sugar in corn is naturally occurring and not added like in
processed foods. It is also important to note that corn is a good source of
fiber and various vitamins and minerals. So, instead of completely avoiding
corn, it is better to consume it in moderation and opt for whole corn
instead of processed corn products.

Now, for something new and surprising, did you know that broccoli can be
harmful if consumed in large quantities?

Broccoli contains a compound called isothiocyanate, which can interfere
with thyroid function if consumed excessively. This is not to say that
broccoli is bad for you. In fact, it is a nutrient-dense vegetable that
provides numerous health benefits. It is just important to be mindful of
your broccoli intake and not go overboard with it.

There are no vegetables that are inherently harmful. It is all about
balance and moderation.

Some vegetables may have certain compounds that can be harmful if
consumed excessively,
but that does not make them bad for you. The key is to vary your vegetable
intake, choose a variety of colors, and consume them in different forms,
such as raw, steamed, roasted, or sautéed.

And as with any food, portion control is crucial for maintaining a healthy
diet. So, let's continue to enjoy our veggies and reap their numerous
health benefits.

My note- A very good answer

Q5 HOW MANY BONES ARE IN THE HUMAN BODY AND WHICH CONTAIN IN OUR BONE?

A5 Soniya, 23h

How many bones are in the human body ?

The adult human body has 206 bones.

The 206 bones can be categorized into two main groups: the axial skeleton
(80 bones) and the appendicular skeleton (126 bones).

The axial skeleton includes the skull, vertebral column, and rib cage,
while the appendicular skeleton consists of the limbs and girdles.

Bone functions like providing structure, protecting organs, and
facilitating movement.

Which contain in our bone?

Bones are primarily composed of collagen fibers and a mineral called
hydroxyapatite, which gives them strength and rigidity.

They also contain bone marrow, which produces blood cells, as well as blood
vessels, nerves, and cells like osteoblasts and osteoclasts that are
involved in bone formation and remodelling.

Bones contain other minerals like calcium and phosphorus, which contribute
to their hardness.

The outer layer of bone, known as cortical bone, is dense and protective, while
the inner layer, lled trabecular or spongy bone, is lighter and contains
marrow.

Bone also has a rich blood supply, which aids in nutrient delivery and
waste removal.

Cells like osteocytes maintain bone tissue, while osteoblasts build new
bone and osteoclasts break down old bone.

My note- Simple basic answer
