Yes, correct.

It depends on what you mean with "no extra stuff". The payload is raw-LAPD but 
the capture includes the sockaddr_ll header because the dissector needs to 
know the interface's role in order to correctly interpret the C/R flag.

Specifically, both the frame direction (inbound/outbound/sniffed outbound) and 
the interface's role are included in the sockaddr_ll header.

It is somewhat like the approach adopted with IrLAP (IrDA) frames.

Of course, I'm open to suggestions, critics, insults :)
