I have been struggling to find the energy to do the "maintainer" part of the 
work for a while now.
Most of my Subsurface time is spent on dealing with the infrastructure and 
helping people with cloud issues...

So from my perspective... I'm not against it, but I can't commit resources to 
dealing with the PRs...
