Folder creation
The description of the bug:
When I try to create a folder Foo, and I check the box to allow
subfolders, it creates the folder, gives the Error:
ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SUBSCRIBE "Foo/"
Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name: Foo/
I can then see the folder in the list of folders not subscribed to, and
can subscribe manually and use the folder with no issues.
