You can't, if your remote IMAP server does not support QUOTA extension and
remote mail forwards can't be modified without shell access to remote
server.

Please provide more information about your email system layout and don't
mess with bug_report plugin output. You can't have two plugins with same
name. If you do have two plugins called change_ldappass - think before you
modify SquirrelMail configuration file in your favorite text editor.

If you use LDAP to store user password information, maybe forwarding
information can be stored in LDAP too.
