[SM-USERS] problem with change password plugin

hey friends,

 I am using Postfix  with dovecot on Fedora Core3. Today I downloaded the change password plugin "change_pass-2.7-1.4.x.tar.gz" and untar the change_passwd in the plugins directory of squirrelmail and then enable this plugin through perl conf.pl command.

Everytime I try to change the passwd it says "connection refused (111)".

SELinux is off on FC3.

I searched for this error but I did not find anything which can solve the problem.I hope somebody can guide me.

squirrelmail-1.4.6-0.cvs20050812.1.fc3
dovecot-0.99
PHP 4.3.11
