I am using Postfix with dovecot on Fedora Core3. Today I downloaded
the change password plugin "change_pass-2.7-1.4.x.tar.gz" and untar the
change_passwd in the plugins directory of squirrelmail and then enable

Everytime I try to change the passwd it says "connection refused (111)".
SELinux is off on FC3.
I searched for this error but I did not find anything which can solve
the problem.I hope somebody can guide me.

That plugin requires a poppassd server. There's a list of them in the
README file. Also, be sure you have enabled the correct plugin.
change_pass-2.7-1.4.x.tar.gz should create a directory called
change_pass not change_passwd (which is a different plugin).
